Rubber masterbatch CaO-80

Compared with traditional powdered CaO,
Actmix®CaO-80GE F200 has the following advantages:
All raw material CaO with particle size below 45μm has passed the screening, and no dust will be generated during processing into masterbatch pellets,
which improves the working environment and protects the health of operators; wrapped in rubber carrier, CaO-80 masterbatch pellets
reduce the water absorption of CaO, effectively ensuring the stability and activity of CaO;
The masterbatch pellets do not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at relatively low temperatures such as 50℃, which improves the dispersion quality of CaO in the compound and prevents white spots from appearing on the finished product;
The masterbatch pellets are filtered during granulation and contain no impurities, which will not clog the screen during extrusion processing,
reducing the reject rate and improving production efficiency;
It has excellent compatibility with different types of rubber.

Note: G stands for granules, P stands for flakes,
E stands for using EPDM as the carrier, N stands for using NBR as the carrier,
S stands for using SBR as the carrier, A stands for using ACM as the carrier,
EO stands for using ECO as the carrier, and F200 represents the filtration micron rating.
